August 2025 Local Market Update! August is typically a slow month in the world of real estate. Everyone is still enjoying the last month of summer before it is back to school, and back to routine. As you can see, the Days on Market are higher than the average for most of the year. We should expect to see that number a bit lower when the fall market picks up.

The Number of Sales last month is holding steady, the lowest being Northumberland with only 118, and Peterborough being the highest with 193.
